If I e-mail you to order a card, how do I work out my payment/ can you make the card right away?

It takes me a maximum of three days to make a personalized card for you. Send me the card price+ $2 for shipping charges in the mail (no change will be returned if you send cash) and your card will be sent as soon as the money is received.

How do I order a personalized card?

Send me an e-mail with the template on which you would like to base your personalized card. Choose any card on my site as a template, or e-mail me your idea and we can work together to come up with something new. For larger events, I am happy to formulate new designs and, if needed (for an extra charge), will hand-make a stamp to suit your occassion.

Do you have any other card designs?

I have so many that I haven't made yet! If you have specific ideas or have seen a card/ idea on another website you would like to explore, please let me know.

Some of the cards on the site have names on them; I don't want my card personalized.

Unless requested, your card will not be personalized. No names will be included unless instructed.

Are envelopes included?

Yes. All cards contain envelopes that match the style of the card. If indicated, a design element is included to match the card.

Ok, so I ordered a card. What happens now?

I send the card directly to you in an envelope that you can address yourself for your recipient.

Can you address the envelope for me?

Sure! I can address the envelope for you. It costs an extra $3 per envelope, but it makes your card look more professional and personalized. You can choose if you would like your return address in the upper left corner of the envelope. You get to choose from a variety of fonts for the addresses AND your recipient's name. Finished envelope templates are available upon request for no extra charge, if you are considering it.

Can you send the card to my recipient?

No. I send the completed card directly to you so that you can add a personalized message in your own handwriting. If this is for a special event and you have multiple invitations with the same text being mailed, we can discuss this via e-mail. If you have further questions, please e-mail me.
